300–500 is per style, not per order — you can spread a first order across three styles and still be inside it. Where a fabric has to be dyed to your colour the floor may ask for more; we tell you that before you commit, not after.
About a week covers an existing style in your colours. A new pattern drafted from your sketch takes longer because the pattern makers are building it from scratch — that is the part you are actually paying a real factory for.
Ningbo is the port, not our office — we are in Hangzhou. If your freight forwarder prefers Shanghai, or you would rather we handle door-to-door, say so at quote stage and it is priced in rather than bolted on later.
Both factories build for China's domestic market and work to GB standards. We hold no EN certificates today. Shin guards into the EU need EN 13061; tell us and we quote third-party testing with the order rather than hand you a certificate we do not have.
