Within 24 hours on any weekday, and we mean a real answer rather than "we received your enquiry". If something takes longer to find out — a price from the floor, a material lead time — you get told that, with a date.
If a spec is going to be a problem, if a target price is not buildable, if the standard your market needs is one we do not hold today. We would rather lose the order at the quote than at the container.
