Buyers ask this before they ask about price: can you actually build 20,000 units and ship them on time? Two factories, not a directory — and neither of them is ours. We work in them: our specs, our QC on their floor, our documents. Soft goods come off one floor in Fuzhou; gloves come from a glove specialist in Jiangsu, because latex palms are a different trade from cut-and-sew.
Building sports goods since 2015, with R&D, custom development, production and wholesale under one roof — which is why a sketch can become a sample without leaving the building. Five of our six categories come off this floor.
Latex foam palms are a different trade from cut-and-sew, so gloves come from a plant that does only gloves. We'd rather use a specialist than let a bag factory improvise a palm.
That last one matters more than the square metres. Send a rough sketch and their pattern makers turn it into a real sample — which is why we can quote a shape that doesn't exist yet, not just re-colour something already in the catalogue.
