Send a reference, quantity and destination

Add what the bag needs to carry. We can work through materials and dimensions with you. Use the brief checklist (opens in a new tab)

Add your logo

Start from a suitable example and keep its layout. Send the artwork, placement and quantity; confirm the decoration method and finished sample before production.

Adapt the specification

Changing fabric, colour or hardware can affect material minimums, feel and price. Compare quotes against the same specification and approve the actual finish.

Develop the layout

New dimensions or compartments need a fit check. Send equipment measurements or a reference; agree the construction and sample revisions before setting production timing.

Sample approval & pre-shipment checks

Define the order. Share the design, quantity by colour, destination and timing. We confirm open specifications and quote conditions.
Approve the sample. Try your equipment in the bag, confirm the logo and material, and record any changes. Use the sample checklist (opens in a new tab)
Agree the checks. The factory checks first and our team checks export orders again. You can appoint independent third-party QC.

What to check in the real photos

Compartment accessATP-S-032: inside and opening → Compare the layout with your equipment. Ask for usable measurements before assuming it fits.
Carrying arrangementATP-S-093: back and shoulder strap → Identify the adjustment and attachment points you want filmed. Confirm comfort and function on the sample.
