How we decide

We check before we recommend.

Most suppliers sell you what they already make. We start one step earlier — with what is actually moving in your market, not with what happens to be on our shelf.

What actually sells there

Before we push a style we look at what is really shipping into your market and in what volume. If a shape isn't moving in your region we'll say so — including when it's sitting in our own catalogue.

Where the price really sits

We work from trade data on what the category clears at, so the number in your quote has a reference point instead of being one we invented. It also means we can tell you when a target price simply isn't buildable.

Which spec fits which market

Materials, sizing, labelling and packaging differ by region. We flag the mismatch before the sample, not after the container has landed.

This is the half a factory can't do. A factory knows how to make. The question you're actually paying someone to answer is what to make — and that answer doesn't come off a production floor.
