Questions buyers ask us.

Are you a factory or a trading company?

Trading company, and on this line we say so plainly. Our sports gear comes off two named factories we work inside; home & living is a different maker and a much younger line. What carries over is the process — we go and see a maker before we quote, we inspect before shipping, and we tell you which of the two you are getting.

Only three products — is that it?

On the site, yes, and we would rather show you three real ones than pad it out. Household goods is a category we source into rather than one we hold deep stock in. Tell us the product and quantity and we will come back with makers, samples and pricing.

What is the smallest order you will take?

Typically 300–500 pcs per style, varying by product, and we stay flexible on first orders.

Can you match a sample I already have?

Send it, or send photos with measurements and materials. That is usually the fastest route on this line.

How do I know quality is consistent?

Every order is inspected in-house before it ships. On certification, straight answer: the makers work to GB standards and we hold no EN certificates today. Tell us the standard your market needs and we quote third-party testing with the order.

Can I visit the factory?

Yes. We do not own these plants — we work with them — so there is nothing for us to hide behind. Tell us when you are in China and we will arrange it.
